We strive to leave the job site cleaner than we found it. Of course, our line of work can be messy. We tarp our work area, sweep it with a broom, and vacuum it to remove any debris. We also provide porta potties where needed.

Our  procedure consists of three stages. Stage 1 entails a site visit and an initial meeting with the client.  During this preliminary stage, we will complete our company's questionnaire to determine the suitability of our project for all parties involved. Stage 2 occurs only after the first stage has been completed. We create a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the project and submit our ROI (Request for Information) to address any discrepancies in the drawings or questions about the project. The third stage is the submission of the project's formal proposal. We also offer an open tender review option after we submit our quotation, in which we will sit down with the client to go over our quotation and assist with cross-checking other invoices.

Global Contractors allows you to put half of your payment first before your dream project starts being renovated and or created and the other half of the payment will be required when your project is complete. In final, this process is structed this way so both parties are satisfied with each other.
